1. SuvarnaBandhMaratha is exclusively for the Maratha community. Users must provide genuine information about their caste and identity. Any false information or fake profiles will result in suspension, deletion, or legal action. Registration is only allowed for individuals aged 18 or above, and the minimum age for marriage as per Indian law (21 years for men and 18 years for women) must be adhered to.
2. During registration, users must provide personal details, family information, horoscope, and partner expectations honestly. Uploading a photo is optional, as photos will be public and visible to everyone.
3. Profiles will be displayed based on the information provided by users and their search criteria. SuvarnaBandhMaratha will not be responsible for any false or misleading information provided by users.
4. Paid users can access contact details of other profiles immediately after clicking on the “Send Interest” button.
5. A user can send interest to a maximum of 14 profiles per week.
6. SuvarnaBandhMaratha offers features such as profile match and relative match. The outcomes of these features depend entirely on the information provided by users.
7. Registration fees are non-refundable and may vary. SuvarnaBandhMaratha reserves the right to modify the fee structure.
8. We do not promise that users will get married or guarantee a date for the commencement of marriage.
9. Before paying the registration fee, users are advised to browse through a few profiles to see if profiles of interest exist. No complaints regarding this will be entertained.
10. Users are solely responsible for verifying the details of any profile they are interested in. SuvarnaBandhMaratha does not conduct any background checks or verifications.
11. SuvarnaBandhMaratha is not responsible for any misuse of information obtained from the website.
12. SuvarnaBandhMaratha is not liable for any disputes, issues, or mishaps occurring after marriage.
13. The profile owner is responsible for informing SuvarnaBandhMaratha via email about their marriage. If they fail to do so, the platform is not accountable for any inconveniences caused by an active profile.
14. SuvarnaBandhMaratha does not verify caste certificates. It is the user’s responsibility to verify caste and other relevant details.
15. Users must keep their login credentials confidential. SuvarnaBandhMaratha is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
16. Any misuse, harassment, or unethical behavior on the platform will result in the immediate suspension or deletion of the account and possible legal action.
17. Inactive profiles for extended periods may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
18. SuvarnaBandhMaratha reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
19. The platform must not be used to promote or engage in unlawful activities, including fraud, exploitation, or any form of discrimination.
20. SuvarnaBandhMaratha respects user privacy and will not share personal data with third parties without consent unless required by law.
21. Jurisdiction for any disputes, claims, or legal matters will be exclusively in Pune, Maharashtra.
22. Users must not share, reproduce, or misuse any content, photos, or personal information from other profiles without the owner’s permission.
23. The platform reserves the right to verify users’ identities and request necessary documents if required.
24. Providing false details, such as marital status, employment, or financial information, will result in immediate account termination.
25. Users who have not paid for a subscription may still receive contact requests from paid users. SuvarnaBandhMaratha is not responsible for spam calls. However, users can report such issues, and the organization will try to resolve them but cannot guarantee a solution.
26. After paying the registration fee, accounts will be activated within 24 hours. If not, users can contact SuvarnaBandhMaratha at Contact@SuvarnaBandhMaratha.com or reach out via WhatsApp at **********. The same contact details can be used for queries, complaints, or reporting profiles.
27. Registered users may be asked to provide their caste certificates in certain circumstances.
28. SuvarnaBandhMaratha is not responsible for users failing to receive notifications or communications due to incorrect contact details or technical issues.
29. By registering on SuvarnaBandhMaratha, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from registering or using the platform.
